Laura is a partner at Parameter Ventures and brings over 17 years of experience in product management and strategy. Her areas of focus include fintech, digital banking, and payments.

At Capital One, Laura served as head of product management for Zelle, the largest peer-to-peer payments service in the US, and Money Management, a financial health toolkit powered by machine learning models. As vice president of product management at JP Morgan Chase, she led the first bank‑owned digital wallet in the US and launched the firm’s first chatbot platform. She also pioneered new mobile, ecommerce, and BNPL experiences, and was awarded 2 patents for her work in card tokenization. Previously, as vice president at Citi, Laura managed a digital wallet portfolio across 24 markets globally and served as a key member of the enterprise payments accelerator.

Laura earned an MBA and a BSc in Policy Analysis and Management from Cornell University. Outside of the office, she enjoys mentoring, advising education nonprofits, and traveling.
