
Albert is a partner at Parameter Ventures and brings over 20 years of experience in product management and engineering. His areas of focus include machine learning, enterprise infrastructure, and observability.
Alongside his role at Parameter Ventures, Albert is building next-generation sales productivity tools as founder and CEO of Bearworks. Previously, he launched the synthetics and application performance monitoring products at observability leader Datadog (IPO). In addition, Albert was vice president of product management at streaming data warehouse Materialize and a co-founder of virtual assistant Perssist. Earlier in his career, Albert led development of machine learning classifiers for a data stream product at Dataminr and served as director of advertising products at video streaming service Crunchyroll (acquired).
Albert earned an MBA from Harvard Business School and a BSc in electrical engineering and computer science from the University of California, Berkeley. Outside of work, Albert enjoys playing tennis and spending time with his two kids.
